Joseph expressed his delight, noting, "I am overjoyed. In the first half, I should have scored two or three goals, yet I am thrilled with my double strike in the end. During the halftime break, I was not at all anxious or agitated; it's a possibility when you give your all and still don't score. The opposing goalkeeper made some saves, but I remained focused, knowing the goal was inevitable. During the counter-attack, I obstructed the defender, preventing him from marking Zachariasen, as I knew he would pass to me. This has been one of the finest nights of my career."
